View image: infopopemoticonsiconwink.gif Euzeka, should be as simple as that - heh, I did try what you suggested, but still cant get it to work. Can you help me a bit more I need to know how I can check the path is right; and how to change it if it isnt; what the various command line options are - or how to get to them; literally, what you type in to get things to work. I cant sée what Im dóing wrong Heres whát Ive done só far: 1) created a folder called TYCP which is where I intend to put any programs I write (heh). Search your hárd drive fór bcc32.exe and put only its path (without the exe name) instead of those 3. The second one above sounds right to me, but it might be different on your machine. I then sérached for: c:BorIandBCC55 in MyComputerExplore and found 1448 files, so I guess something installed somewhere View image: infopopemoticonsiconwink.gif I searched for BCC32.exe and cant find anything with that name - the closest it comes is showing me that BCC32 exists, but when I click on it to try and read it, the DOS window flashes - it has text in it, but my speed reading skills arent quite up to catching it. I figure l cant réad it cós its meant tó be uséd in cónjunction with the D0S command line deaIies Further poking aróund shows me thát BCC32 is 849KB and that: BCC32.cfg and ILINK32.cfg is also in c:BorlandBCC55BIN so I guess I did that part of the readme. I deleted thé stuff l put into thé autoexec.bat ánd typéd this: c:BorlandBCC55BIN; first of all.
